Friendly, comfortable hotel, only 5 minutes from the central station. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good WiFi connection. There's no meals or breakfast but there is a bakery in the square and also plenty of other breakfast/dining options within a couple of minutes walk if you want to start finish your day near the hotel. There's a nice lounge on the first floor with an honesty bar which is nice. There are some reviews of noise from outside, but I didn't experience any problems.

I enjoyed my stay here. Personally I really liked the size of the room, they have two lamps located in the room which is suitable enough for writing. It was cozy and comfortable, the rooms are really clean as well. Staffs are so friendly, one of the ladies in the front desk kept my luggages for a few days while I was off to Austria. And when I was back they left me a note by the door and I found that my suitcases were also in the room. So nice and so sweet, I would love to visit again.

Very nice hotel. At first look a room did not seem to be anything special. But bed is very comfortable every thing is clean and functional. Room service is great and kitchen staff is very friendly. Great breakfast 😊. Not far from center. I would recommend it!

Nice little hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately let down by unfriendly WiFi (it wasn't really fast enough for Netflix and hard for some devices to connect). and quite noisy at the front as although back from the road, it is noisy. If you are a light sleeper, get a room high or at the back. The breakfast was quite good but keep clear of the delicious pastries if you don't want to put on weight. Note as an unusual extra, the hotel has shoe-trees available, unfortunately a bit on the small side but it helps overnight. Rotkreuzplatz itself has an U-Bahn Station, shops bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Definitely not a place to get bored.

The double room is big for one person but the furniture are very old. The internet connection does not work properly. The breakfast is poor and low quality especially The eggs

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
