I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice and can unequivocally recommend it. The service is consistently outstanding, and the rooms stand out for their cleanliness, comfort, and high-quality amenities. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the included breakfast is not only substantial but also delicious. For those seeking relaxation, the hotel offers a sauna on the third floor, available upon request, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay. The central location is highly convenient, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. From a decor point of view, absolutely amazing. Steeped in history, like stepping back in time! From the entrance, the fish tank at reception, the old style key rack, the old lift, the decorative furniture. Super big room. But on the downside, power sockets difficult to find and not ideally placed. They work on lights so no straight forward. Even with lights on in room, it is rather dark. Lots of noise from other rooms coming through. WiFi incredibly poor. Breakfast comfortable. Service friendly. Reasonable price but lacks the facilities and comfort expected in a more modern hotel.

Family stayed in the Hotel for the week. Everything we asked for was done well - instantly by staff. (Way to go!) Beautiful and historic painting adorn regal common spaces and luxuriously unique rooms. Our time there was a nice reprieve from our sight-seeing adventures.

Gorgeous and I mean gorgeous hotel. Decadent with oil paintings on every wall and a central elevator that screams in style. Rooms are also spacious, clean and the overall location is great for exploring the local nightlife. Craft beer, food and general shopping are all a short walk away along the canal ways. Service was polite, courteous and from a reception that has fish in it.... need I say more!

Tldr racism. I had a comfortable stay here in September 2022 for a conference, until I realised the hotel and its staff have a problem with racism. Problem 1: in a colleague's room there was an elaborate coffee table the base of which was constructed of sculptures of Black skinned men in shackles, with their eyes painted overly white, skin jet black, and lips bright red - in the style that particularly distinguishes racist media. The table is incredibly offensive So I am not uploading the photo here. Problem 2: two of my colleagues who are women of South Asian descent entered the hotel one evening, having already checked in and met the front desk staff multiple times, and were asked if they were "there to clean." This of course was never asked of myself (a white person) or my other white colleagues. There is an upcoming conference for the same discipline, and I am afraid despite other nice qualities of the hotel I am recommending people avoid booking here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
