I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The overall stay was quite enjoyable, with several standout features. The professional staff left a positive impression from the moment I checked in. They were courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival. The in-room dining service was a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, and the prompt delivery to my room made dining convenient and enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of travel and activities. However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the hotel corridor appeared dated. A refreshed look would enhance the overall ambiance. Additionally, my experience at the pool was slightly marred by an encounter with the pool staff, who asked to see my access card. While I understand the need for security, their approach came across as somewhat abrupt. But I must say, the pool staffs are warm and friendly.

Stayed 6 nights, very quiet rooms, even facing the street, good black out curtains , air conditioning works real well, morning breakfasts were included, loved the selection. We had dinner here 1 evening, also liked the selections. Service is excellent, maid service was friendly, cab hailing was great, restraunt service is friendly and quick. Just a real enjoyable experience. Would be very happy to stay again

The Nikko is very centrally located on a lovely boulevard with easy access to subways. The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. We found that the room was reasonably large and well-equipped, with a comfortable, large bed. The bath was fairly normal in its layout and facilities. Maintenance in the room could have been a little better, with a little mold behind the sink and a door that barely closed. The blackout blinds worked fine, but were a little tattered. Although we enjoyed our stay, the hotel was a bit expensive.

I paid $200 USD/night here and this hotel is so cheap and SO STINGY. I went downstairs in their lounge area to pick up some complimentary snacks (1 beer and 2 packs of inexpensive snacks) they had offered. The guy working there said I wasn’t allowed to bring them up to my room. For $200/ night and I can’t bring $1 worth of food into my room to enjoy? When I went downstairs there was only one person there. What’s the point of offering a service that rarely anyone uses? Pointless.

At the hotel for 3 days so far. Very friendly and helpful staff! Has more doorperson and concierge staff than any hotel I've been to. Even cleaning staff say hello to you in the hallway. Has a lot of room amenities such as humidifier, pants presser, iron etc. Looking forward to the next 4 days at the hotel. Just an update after returning home. Staff at the hotel is awesome and the food is first rate. Checking out was quick and concierge staff very helpful and quick in finding us a taxi to the airport. Couldn't say enough good things on how friendly, courteous and professional staff are. Cleaning staff kept our room immaculate, supplied with water and an occasional treat. Fresh towels daily and generally clean our room once we leave. Only one suggestion, the pool was drained and closed after the summer and we were unable to use the pool even though the temperature is between 25 and 30 degrees celsius in October. Perhaps consider keeping the pool open longer in accordance with the weather and temperature? Otherwise thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
