Today I am not here to talk about the hotel as a guest but to recommend it’s incredible terrace. It is an incredible place from which you can see amazing views of Barcelona, accompanied by delicious cocktails and snacks. In addition, there is usually live music. It’s large windows and glass roof give it a distinctive and special touch. The perfect place to watch a good sunset and enjoy the views of the city and the stars at nightfall.

A hidden gem in the city center. Conveniently locates next to all luxury shopping stores. The hotel is modern and clean, the staffs are all very nice. It’s also a very child friendly place, they kindly gave us an early check in so that my 3-year-old can get some rest, even the shampoo is labeled for both kids and adults. I will definitely book again when I visit Barcelona next time.

December 2023 was our second time visit to Hotel Royal Passeig de Gracia and as usual never a disappointment. the hotel is located in a very apt position with wonderful view of lit up streets and high end retail outlets. The front desk were so sweet showered us with great gesture. this is my all-time favourite hotel in Barcelona. i would like to thank Ms Anais at the front desk and her team for making our stay very memorable. hoping to visit you again.

I am from Australia and I’ve been travelling through Spain, Portugal and Morocco! My stay here has been nothing but AMAZING!!! It was the highlight of my 4 week trip. Christal on the front desk was very helpful from the time I walked in. She was very patient with me even when I complained about the tourist tax, but it was beyond her control. She helped me get around Barcelona by explaining all the attractions and how best to get there. She really paid close attention to my many requests. She is a pleasant young lady and a huge asset to the hotel Everyone on the front desk were truly amazing. Thank you. The staff in the terrace were FIRST CLASS! They recognised me upon arrival and took excellent care of me. As a female travelling alone, I felt safe in the hotel and was truly grateful that I could watch the Rugby World Cup upstairs instead of going out alone. THANK YOU SO SO SO SO MUCH! I had an amazing stay here and will definitely be back with my friends and family.

We visited Barcelona the first time late Dec 2023, and chose Royal. People warned us about how unsafe many hotels in Barcelona it, but we had a wonderful experience there. My wife left a LV earring in the safe, unlocked, they located it and mailed it back to us in NY. Highest rating in terms of hotel integrity!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
