We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel was charming and pretty. The views from the roof were stunning. It was walkable and close to bus stops that we utilized during our 2 day stay. It is a bit far from the beach (20 min walk) and after staying we wish we were closer to the beach so not the best location for that. However it was wonderful, comfy and the staff was friendly and accommodating when we wanted to store our bags with them while we explored and check in a bit early. One thing to add we wish that the hotel pool was open a bit later (closes at 8pm) as we like to night swim. No complaints!

Stayed 5 nights and couldn't fault the hotel at all. Great service, super clean, decent breakfast. Pool area lovely all good. One niggle our room was on the side of the hotel and there was a little noise from the bars on the opposite street but nothing major. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

Lovely hotel, quite luxurious, rooms are air conditioned, white & mahogany (style) deco. Reception's a little bit dated but maybe now retro. Room servicing has been wonderful, even after massive lie-ins. If you want quiet luxury at an affordable price, between everything else Ibiza has to offer, it's a good base!

Customer service is horrible, there’s no parking, unless you pay $40 euros. the people in the building don’t even attempt to help you. We get a room with 2 small pillows and 1 towel for 2 people. It says it’s a 4 star hotel, this is more like a 2 star hotel. Everything is out dated. Lights don’t work right. Wouldn’t not recommend staying here in Ibiza.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
