If you're looking for a great night sleep, this place is not for you. If you're looking for an extended stay, this place is not for you. If you want a great location and a decent breakfast (details to follow), it is worth the try. We'll consider the outdated furniture to be a part of an authentic Brno charm. One thing that is unacceptable would be the quality of mattresses. There is not enough Motrin in the world to take pain away. The food is, however, delicious with an unpleasant surprise if you're using the fountain drink machine. Don't take my word for it, just try it. The service was pleasant.

Fantastic location. Right by the train and the tram. Our window didn't seal tight, and we could hear the bar next door until like 11 PM. Should have talked to staff. Very friendly staff. Restaurant across the street has very tasty food. There are so many other restaurants nearby too!

We loved our stay at the Royal Ricc. What a sweet hotel! Located close to all the attractions, it was much more interesting that the larger places with the boring, beige rooms. The building is from the 17th Century and even though the furnishings are more recent, we loved the décor--stained glass windows, murals on the walls, antique fireplaces, etc. The double room we had was large, clean, and very comfortable. We had a fantastic view at the buildings across the street from the front of the hotel, so the morning sunlight highlighting the Art Nouveau facades was a treat. It was also very quiet. We didn't even know there were other guests until breakfast the next morning, which was quite varied, with breads, lunch meats, scrambled eggs, meats, grilled veggies, cereals, yogurts, fruits, jams, plenty of condiments, coffee, tea, and some really delicious sweets, including the traditional Czech honey cream cake. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent service and Information by reception. Great rooms, clean and spacey and nice old fashion bohemian style decoration. I slept very good on those pillows. Location is fantastic! Couldn’t ask for more.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
