Hotel Royal Saint Honoré was our home for 9 1/2 days. The staff service was beyond expectations! Everyone was kind, respectful, and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel was perfect for me and my family. The room can get kind of humid, but opening the window can easily fix that problem. I love this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed 6 nights here, the ventilation in our room wasn’t working, no air was circulating at all, definitely no AC. Made a complaint to the concierge about it and was told a technician would be sent to check, I don’t think anyone checked anything. The system looks very old. Tried to open windows but it is loud outside, constantly got bitten by mosquitoes due to opening the windows all night long trying to get air to circulate. Horrible sleep on our last night before heading to the airport. I’d like to say Eric the concierge that worked on the weekend was very helpful giving us restaurant recommendations and was very friendly which made our stay better. All the staff should be more like him. Housekeeping was not great. Temperature of shower is not consistent, water doesn’t stay hot. Travelled 2.5 weeks across France staying in 6 different hotels and this one was the most disappointing of them all. Room size was actually bigger compared to other hotels which was great. Location is great but this hotel has room for improvement.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel, and I return mainly because of the location , but this time I found the concierges to be very friendly and I loved that they speak spanish!! I didint ask for his name but he recomended me some area restarurants and was always very friendly, another friendly concierge was Guilllermo we chatted because he lived in our city Guadalajara!! Definitely will recomend this to my friends!! and I hope I can come back again!!! Gracias !!

Cute small hotel. Pleasant. Nothing luxury or grandure in it's design, but felt just right. Would stay there again. Service was great. And a great location, close to desiggner stores and to louvre. We did have strange change of water temperature from too cold to too hot when showering, but never told them about it. Interestingly it was ok on the last day.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The concierge was very helpful. I would stay here again due to location and the service.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
