Location is great! Not too far from the shopping area. The room was good too. Staff was kind and helpful. Their breakfast was good. They will offer you some hot drinks, and their tea selections are incredible! I love their tea selections there. My room view was amazing, it faces the mountains. I loved it here. Recommend to stay here.

I booked this looking at reviews of the place but didn't find it as good as I expected from reviews. Average room: The room's window was kind of shaky, the tea kettle's lid was coming out as well. Food and flexibility: I booked room with dinner included. There was no buffet available. So, I requested to cancel the dinner and refund the amount but I was told to talk next morning to the superior with no guarantee of refund. So, I reluctantly had dinner. The dinner had limited options and not at all appealing. We ended up leaving almost all of the food offered. The good thing is that staff is courteous and helpful. Du Nord hotel across the street is much better than this and available at better price with so courteous and warm staff.

Room was great with nice amenities. We were treated well by staff and they were helpful with advice for what to do in the area rain or shine. Breakfast was good, but the same variety every day, It did have options to satisfy the tastes of several different cultures though which was cool to see. Most of the town was in walking distance, but we got a free guest pass to take the bus and have access to other activities in the area for free or at a discount of some sort -- a great perk! Close to train station too for easy access to surrounding towns.

We stayed here for about 6 nights and had such an amazing experience. Every staff person was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and has amazing views, as well as a great location. The rooms were beautiful, spacey, and very clean. Would absolute stay again and recommend it.

Hotel was fantastic!! Perfect location for our visit. Rooms were immaculate and the food was delicious. Staff at the hotel could not do enough for us and helped us with lots of local knowledge and things to do whilst we visited. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on our next visit to Interlaken.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
