Absolutely lovely place! Location was perfect, right in the middle of Old Town. It was also quiet. Room was lovely--roomy, nice desk, bathroom with long shelf was perfect. The decor was clean, bright and inviting. The heated bathroom floor! The front desk woman was professional, helpful, friendly---she was a gem! I would definitely return. Thank you Hotel Rössli for being the perfect place for me.

If you are looking for a Hotel stay with the feel of home this is the place! Inviting reading rooms and a family style lounge off of the lobby make this hotel your home away from home. The free use of dishes and a microwave help off-set the high prices of food in Switzerland. (grocery store is steps away) Enjoy fresh linens in a clean room, with views of a star high in the alps while you listen and church bells ringing at just the right times. Ahhh Switzerland! This place encompasses it... Friendly, welcoming staff is helpful and full of local knowledge and the breakfast is exceptional!

Check in started the experience off great. The lady was so sweet and informative. Rooms are beautiful and surprisingly a decent size for being Europe. The location was great and hidden down a cute little cobblestone alley. Rooms were very warm but there is small fan provided and the open window cooled things down at night.

This was a fantastic hotel!!! We stayed 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. The room was comfortable, our room was made each day. The breakfast in the mornings were perfect to start our adventure packed days, with warm food, pastries, yoghurt and fresh fruit. The hotel has a guest lounge for those who prefer to relax in the lounge, as well as use their facilities 24/7 - microwave, kettle, free tea (wide range) and coffee machine! There is also a library, ample information section with pamphlets as well as another common room. There's a washing machine and a dryer available which you can pay to use. The best thing about the hotel was Jean Louise's morning greetings, his humour and a way of making every person feel comfortable. We can't wait to visit again!

Location is great. That's it. The room is overpriced - yes, it's Zurich, but I've been to better hotels for less. I was looking for a different style hotel, but I found an empty shell with no basic service you can expect for that price (reception was barely here and the waitress at the breakfast was the only one to serve and to help customers in need for other stuff than breakfast). The room is extremely hot and you can't leave the window open because it's a busy street. Luggage are left unattended in plain sight if you're asking for a locker. It feels like another business that makes money out of tourists and it's disappointing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
