Our room here was clean and perfectly fine, but nothing special. It was definitely simple and "no-frills." It was fairly small, and can be cramped if you have a lot of luggage. Bathroom is a bit tight, too. I will give them high praise for their staff, who were friendly, helpful, and hospitable during our stay. They spoke English well, too, which was helpful for me an as American tourist who knows only a few German phrases. I did not try the breakfast, but I did take a peek at the offerings and it seemed that they had a good variety of options, so I would have been happy with eating breakfast here had the timing worked out better for me. I feel the hotel is in a good location, with a relatively short and easy walk to the train station (even with luggage), a grocery store right across the street, and various good restaurants nearby. The neighborhood was very quiet, too. If you are fine with fairly basic accommodations, then this hotel will work very well for you in my opinion. I would not be opposed to staying here again if I were to visit Interlaken in the future.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Rössli during our trip to Interlaken and loved our stay here! Jean-Louis is very welcoming to all of the guests and made us feel right at home. The rest of the staff were lovely and pleasant and always willing to help whenever we had any questions. The location is conveniently placed close to the buses and train stations as well as a nearby grocery store and small shops. Our room was cozy and warm and had the basic necessities you would need. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to be back!

I had a great stay at Hotel Rossli, the rooms are very comfortable with great view of the alps. The hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming. They also have a community style common area that serves 24 hours tea coffee refreshments for free. The hotel is very neat and clean. We loved our stay and can’t wait to get back soon. Thanks for your hospitality.

Staying at Rössli turned out to be one of the best decisions. Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to look after you and make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Swiss hospitality at its finest! Jean-Louis is such a kind and beautiful soul. We had some great conversations, which I’m truly grateful for. He has some great wisdom to offer. People here genuinely care about you, which makes the overall experience very sweet. Property is top grade, with very-fine rooms (featuring spectacular views). Location can’t get any better - right at the centre of everything, just a couple hundred metres from the train station. When I come back to Interlaken next, I’ll have one less decision to make, as I’ll be sure to stay at Rössli.

Wow what an amazing place to stay! Hotel Rössli far exceeded expectations. The room was very very clean and well kept. The breakfast every morning was amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was a very easy walk to Interlaken West station and also close to a grocery store, restaurants, etc. This hotel felt more like being in a close friend’s home with a communal dining area as well as a game/lounge room. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
