Great hotel. Once come, never leave. The hotel is in a great location, where you can reach food places, shops and tourism attractions in walking distance. The room and beddings are very clean. Sunil, owner of the hotel, and his family are always ready to help. If you come to Thamel, it is the best choice to stay!

We had a delux family room for 2 people. Double and single bed. The hotel is fresh and clean and pretty good value. Soundproofing is not so good and you can hear everything from the corridors. If the dogs start barking at night the double glazing does nothing to keep out the noise. Good location for exploring the Thamel area of Kathmandu and close to some good places to eat and drink. We found the french bakery a few doors away to be great for food at very reasonable prices. And the flat white coffee is the best in Nepal.

A good affordable hotel in the middle of Thamel. The beds are good and the airco also works as a heater, which is very welcoming in december. The rooftop terrace offers a nice view of kathmandu and a few mountains. We made use of the airport pick up which was really good, but also pretty expensive. It costs 10 euros (about 900 rupees). The noise from the outside gets blocked pretty good by the hotel, but inside the hotel you hear a lot. Like people walking down the hallway and talking to each other. We fortunately had the room at the top of the building, so nobody walked past our room, but we frequently woke up at night from the noises of people opening and closing doors or talking to each other in the hallways. The breakfast is good. We even got a breakfast to go when we had to catch the 7am bus to Pokhara, which was very nice. This is a good hotel if you want an affordable and comfortable room close to the tourist area of Thamel. Maybe take some earplugs if you're a light sleeper and want a good nights rest ;).

First of all, ROOM İS DİRTY!!! They didnt clean the bed. I saw many hairs inside of bed from previous guest i thought. Second, They accepted guest at 2 AM !!! which is super noisy to check in for my middle of night. All the night somebody call the reception even nobody answer the call... Last one, bedroom light and some sockets are not working in room, toilet paper was inside of water! (meaning is they didnt clean the room well) note: Now at 3 AM and im writing that comment. Other guest are crazy noisy and because of bed bugs i cannot sleep anymore... I had plan to stay 5 nights but im gonna check out tomorrow i think...

A little torn, because for the price - this is a brilliant hotel with a great location (the hotel is only 2 months new)! My room was a little dustier than I hoped, but the staff was sweet enough to send me to the airport, and even gave me a traditional khata for safe travels!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
