Good place, slightly pricey but was well worth that considering the close proximity to the main tourist hotspot of Istanbul. Good staff all around. Very good breakfast each day. Hint: they don’t have scrambled eggs on the menu/service but if you ask the staff they will quickly make one for you. The only minor complaint I have is with the AC unit in the room, despite this being end of December the room got quite warm due to direct sun and we needed to turn on the ac for a bit at night but couldn’t figure it out despite all efforts. I am sure the staff would have helped but we never asked just got used to sleeping with the patio door open (we were on the third floor so felt safe leaving it open)

A hotel that is in decline and has seen better days. It is within walk-in distance to all the key sites which plays to its favour. Rooms were clean. Pillows were terrible. Bed was big and firm. Air con worked. Paint peeling off ceilings and doors. Bathroom needed redecoration. Doors to balcony opened fine. Breakfast offers an interesting assortment of Turkish delicacies - vegetables, cheeses, fruit, pancakes etc. The front desk tried to charge us for things we didn’t consume /order ( a coke from the minibar, taxi to the airport) which led to an unnecessary debate over their poor communications. We got ourselves a good deal when booking so we knew what we were getting for our money. To be in Sultanahmet, you know you’re gong to get fleeced so buyer beware.

brilliant location, fancy and spacious rooms, cleaned very well, breakfast with many options, staff is very helpful, attentive and kind. I'll be happy to stay there again when I'll be in Istanbul next time :)

Superb location if you want to be near all the popular tourist sights. Good breakfast Very relaxed atmosphere and the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much bother. Highly recommended

Just one great hotel. Service is perfect staff so helpful Breakfast much more than I expected. Everything so clan We wouldn't hesitate one second to visit them again . Great location 👌

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
