Lots of stairs with no lift making it super fun to carry lugguage up. Beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom is tiny, does NOT lock and the door does not fully cover the bathroom area making it uncomfortable if you're sharing a room. Water is not hot bit barely lukewarm unless you shower before 6 am. Location seems to be in a shady neighbourhood of Milan, with all homeless people around. Only good thing was the price. Worst of all is the Extremely unpleasant staff. We requested them to turn on the AC and the receptionist actually made us feel like we had asked a huge favor. She came up to the room, then came back down to fetch a ladder to actually climb up and turn it on. They also made us leave our keys at reception everyday when stepping out despite us mentioning our discomfort with doing so.

Nice place to stay very near the metro station of loreto especially the green line

pluses: - a guy on a reception was very nice. neutral: - breakfast is mediocre at best minuces: - one of our blankets wad dirty. - shower cabin has no doors but old damaged curtain. - no handle for a hand towels in the bathroom - no power plug near one of the beds - no cup (or smth) for toothbrushes - imho it's too expensive for what they provide
