We had a great stay at Hotel Sabu, thank you Nunu. Very nice and warm hosts, clean rooms and a wonderful roof terrace. The hotel, rooms and bathrooms have a chic design. Bed linen and towels smelled wonderfully fresh and breakfast was very tasty. For us it was the greatest hotel in Tbilisi and can recommend it to everyone.

What a fabulous place. The view of the city from my balcony was amazing. The room and hotel are new and clean with comfortable and calm atmosphere. What make the best of this is the owner Nunu such a sweet lady who made sure everything is going great and smooth. I would definitely recommend this hotel no doubt, what a beautiful stay. Thanks very much.

This place is a hidden gem in Tbilisi, It has everything a good hotel has. It has amazing rooms, food and very wonderful hosts, everything about this hotel is 5 star quality. Both attentive and helpful, the hosts offer up anything to make our experience even better during the entire stay. They take their hospitality and "Make yourself at home" to heart. Will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Georgia 🇬🇪.

Wonderful, hidden little treasure in Tiflis! If you look for a cozy and pleasant hotel, then this is your place! Quiet, comfortable, clean and just a 5 mins walk from the bus, which takes you to the center of the city. We enjoyed the roof terrace but also the nice garden behind the building. Coming to the SABU Hotel, feels like coming home...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
