Like an Airbnb: Ikea, self service, clean. nice washer and dryer, 10 min to subway, asasuka and ueno. Unlike hotel, no 🛅 🏪 unless unlocked, which is, gasp, reasonably safe in asasuka, perhaps airtag? Relatively roomy in Tokyo at good price

It's about a 10-minute walk from Iriya Station. Although the distance is a bit small, there are residential areas along the way, making it a pleasant and comfortable walk. There is a FamilyMart and a supermarket about 3 minutes away from the hotel, which is very convenient. In addition, there is a famous ramen shop called Wanli near Iriya Station. It has good reviews and is open until 12 o'clock in the evening. It is a good choice for late night snacks. The most important thing is that it is really delicious. , usually we have to queue up. If you are carrying luggage, it is recommended to take the elevator from Exit 4. Normally, you can go down from Exit 3. There is a washing machine but no dryer in the room, and there is no washing powder (although it says ¥100, there is no place to buy it. ), it is recommended that you bring your own laundry or buy it in the supermarket. In addition, there is a slight smell when the trash can is opened. Even if there is nothing in it, it feels that the cleanliness needs to be improved. If the bathroom is open for drying and blowing hair at the same time, use It’s easy to trip due to the large battery (we tripped several times), so be careful when using it. But other than that, the CP value of this hotel is really high. Except for self-service check-in and check-out at the front desk, basically you will not encounter service staff from beginning to end, but in fact, it is not a problem at all for people who are self-service. The last and most important thing is that the room password lock did not respond to any touch at first. I almost couldn't check in in the middle of the night. Later I found out that you have to slide down the panel from top to bottom before the part where you can enter the password is displayed. If you can add this point, Check-in instructions would be much better In addition, the Google coordinates sent before the hotel checked in were actually wrong. In fact, the correct location was found by searching with the hotel name.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
