I stay in London a lot and this Hotel was new to me but the price was in my budget so thought I would give it a go, location is awesome right next to Aldgate station, putting you right next to the high rises of Gherkin and such, lovely hotel entrance, staff were fantastic and attentive. Got a free room upgrade with a view which was a lovely touch, room was smart and well appointed, bed was super comfy, bathroom clean and shower was lovely. There were a few scuff marks on the walls in the room, so could do with a touch up.

Great location near Leadenhall Market. Convenience stores across the street, restaurants near by. Train is next to hotel and will take you everywhere you need to go. Beautiful hotel, very clean, very nice and helpful staff. Managers were very attentive to needs/concerns, they were the best! Nice size rooms. Shower gets hot right away. Definitely recommend!

Room was great for the price, very clean. Comfortable bed and bathroom was good. Service on check-in was a let down, as the receptionist struggled to communicate the check-in process so that we could hear her, as well as doing basic maths to confirm we were adults.

Not a 4-star hotel by any stretch of imagination. A decent place to sleep, but not more. I'd say 2.5 stars. The room was generally clean, but the bathroom had hair on the floor. The bed was clean but uncomfortable. Mattress and pillows were thin. Furniture doors were loose. The interior design was odd - reminiscent of the 90-s. I got a good deal on the price and just used it to sleep, because I snore. My wife was at the Hilton Canopy next door, which was vastly superior. No complaints for the money, just not a luxury 4-atar hotel by any means.

The place was just like on booking, room was very clean, they upgraded us, on our arrival they were so welcoming and professional, gave us directions around the city. Miss Rinu from the front desk was very helpful when we needed her. And the view from my room was amazing!!! Kindly recommend this hotel, perfect London experience. ✨

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
