Very good location!!! 10 minutes walking distance from the colosseum and other historical places… The hotel breakfast is worth every penny, the hotel crew it’s very helpful and understanding and cooperative, the only thing is the beds is not very comfortable because it’s a European style, the bed is too low and also the room it’s not that big.. but very good place to be!!!

Excellent staff - warm, attentive and helpful. Very good breakfast. Very comfortable beds with good clean linens. Unfortunately our bathroom was not very well-maintained and had mold around the tub/shower. Other parts of the hotel seemed very clean. Location is very easy to get to from the colosseum or the train station, a little outside of touristic areas in Rome. Overall a pleasant experience, only the bathroom left a lot to be desired.

The location is good and the staff were nice. We stayed here twice during our trip and both times the rooms were dirty and missing basic items like hand soap and we had to ask for them to be cleaned up; a clean room should be standard.

Google has deemed my original review as not following their guidelines. I suppose telling the truth isn't valued. So editing to say do NOT waste your money. Seriously just pick another hotel. Among the dozen issues we had, the worst was that our AC was broken and they kept insisting it worked despite me coming downstairs a sopping mess from the heat. No accountability either - they refused to even attempt to make it right other than a complementary bottle of water. Don't bother staying here.

Stayed for 2 nights, the room was good. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from metro station. Walking distance from the Colosseum. Will stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
