Very friendly and helpful host Kareem who was approachable and happy to help. I stayed in a larger room which was lovely with a great view. All the main landmarks were within walking distance of the hotel. Great experience, the main negative being that the breakfast was, at times, a bit of a shambles, mainly because there was not enough space to seat all of the attendees and some of the items could run out. Other than that it was great 👍🏼.

terrible attendance. the lady who was serving breakfast was super nasty. no one informed me that during the week breakfast hours were until 10:00. I arrived at 09:30 and there was already no croassaints, no sump or water. After all the confusion I started to eat at 09:50 and the lady who was serving started to pick up the little food that was there and we practically couldn't eat. It was 10:05 and I was already clearing our plates and vacuuming. Terrible attendance. the room is incredibly small we could hardly move and the location of the hotel is bad. All types of transport are 10/15 minutes away.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was overall really nice, small rooms but good location and really easy to get around and good location. Camille the receptionist was really nice and helpful. Overall if you want to have fun in Paris and not break the bank then this is a good place.

Nice hotel, but the room was extremely tiny, my big suitcase (I didn’t have it with me) wouldn‘t fit in there. Anyway the room was nicely furnished, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
