It says the hotel is 4 star, but I think the hotel authority does not know what does it mean! The furniture in room I found torn furniture. The ac makes so much noise that I kept it off although the room was hot. What else, the shower door leaked water that I needed to dry the shower room with tissues. The advertisement said, the room is soundproof, but I could clearly hear my next door is talking hours, even every single word.

Perfect location for a visit in Matera. Underground parking with elevator so easy to load and unload luggage. Lovely breakfast, very friendly staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is modern and a 1 minute walk from the main square - we appreciated the proximity and easy access especially given the 40C heat. Highly recommend.

Noisy, noisy and noisy. We have been up since 5am. At 5am containers of bottles are emptied. This took about 45 minutes. By 5.45am someone, not sure if it is a guest or service staff was dragging furniture around. Someone's alarm clock has been going on intermittantly since around 6am. Worth a mention is the filthy carpets covering both external and internal stairs. I cannot wait to leave the place. The only reason I give 2 stars is that the location is ideal to explore Matera. Plus there is a garage annexed to the hotel. If you do not mind noise then this hotel will suit you.

Ok hotel: rooms can be noisy due to the bustling street in the nights and the housekeepers in the mornings. The internet connection is a joke. The bed and pillows are so-so. Good sized room, nice bathroom, pretty good breakfast, helpful staff. 15€/night for the parking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
