Our stay at Hotel San Francesco was an absolute delight and an experience we won't soon forget. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality. The staff deserves special recognition (shout out to Nicole)! Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine friendliness went above and beyond our expectations. From offering valuable local tips to the housekeeping staff ensuring the room was always immaculate, every interaction was marked by their dedication to providing top-notch service. Location-wise, it couldn't have been better situated. Its proximity to key attractions made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city while ALSO (and more importantly for us!) providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Our stay was amazing and we can't wait to be back in the future!

Overall a good place to stay in Trastevere! It is pretty much as described - a 3 star hotel in a great location. We had an issue with our room the first night however to the staff’s credit they resolved the issue and moved us to a nicer room which we greatly appreciated. Location is really great, we easily were able to walk to dinner, the colosseum, pantheon, vatican etc. Rooms were pretty nice however the beds are not that comfortable, but we were satisfied overall. The only thing we really didn’t like is the that the hotel requires you to leave your room key at the front desk every time you leave for security reasons. We would stay here again.

I had booked this place for a night during my honey moon but unfortunately my grandma passed away suddenly back in the states and we had to take a flight back home as soon as possible and wouldn’t be staying long enough to complete our stay in Italy. I tried to express to the hotel that it was an emergency that we had to leave Italy immediately before we could finish our trip and check into the hotel. I understand the policy says no refunds but we were hoping that they would understand our unfortunate circumstance and show a little bit of kindness to us during this hard time. We were only staying for one night and tried to cancel our reservation and get a refund but after trying to have our agent cancel and give us a refund on the one night the hotel denied it and still made us pay. In this time of grieving and loss for us this place had no sympathy to try and help us, reach back out to us, or even give us credit for a stay here in the future. If you are thinking of staying here beware that they do not care about uncontrollable circumstances or family deaths.

Great hotel and great rooftop bar! The rooftop bar was great. Great view, friendly staff, great food and all reasonably priced. This is by far a better deal than most of the tourist trap rooftops in Rome.

Wow what a great little hotel. Great 24hr front desk, great air conditioning, great rooftop bar and great breakfast. Loved our stay here and wish we could've stayed longer. Very walkable to Trevestere and most Roman sights

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
