Great hotel for the price we paid. Super easy walk to station without too many cobblestone. Great check in process, able to drop bags off and roam city and then key ready at 2pm. Decent room (with lift) and humble breakfast included with coffee, boiled egg, ham and cheese, yogurt, fruit and juice. Would highly recommend.

The location was excellent. Close to the train station and walking distance to everything The place was clean and staff friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful but only ok. The room had an unusual smell to it. It went straight after it was cleaned but returned soon after. Was a little noisy but that could have just been the people who happen to be staying the same time as us. We stayed four nights and Florence government charges and extra €48 for the stay on top of that (Venice charged €9 for 3 nights).

Classic hotel. Nice historical building. Good: - located in the central area, very near to the train station. Easy to go anywhere. - surprising good breakfast. I especially like the chocolate bread and egg. - and for an Asian like myself, the hotel has a water bidet in the bathroom. What a relief :) - they have the most comfortable pillow. We have a very good sleep. - fast wifi :) Can be improved: - I think they are under staff. There is only one person at the front desk which we may need to wait for a bit if there are several guests in front of us.

We got a room here as part of a package deal, so no choice in the matter. We weren’t disappointed. Easy walk to the train station with a suitcase. Great breakfast, elevator (a tight squeeze), friendly staff, quiet, decent sized room and bed. Close enough to several attractions.

The people in the hotel were amazing super nice and kind, they have a cozy living room that is super cute and comfortable, we can sleep in calm and silence. Also, the location is really nice because is close to the train station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
