        pro: close to the subway supermarket nearby with reasonable prices disadvantages: the refrigerator and the air conditioner did not work. out of 4 nights there was no hot water in one quite simple breakfast (kaiser, salami, cheese and milk with cereal every day) old furniture very small single room

        This hotel is one of the worst I have ever been in. The windows were perminently shut due to renovation so there was no light at all. The breakfast is quite bad with only 1 type of sausage and 1 type of eggs. The staff is rude and made us feel like we don't belong and started interigating us by asking which room and which floor we were on to make sure we weren't there to steal (i guess). Also the hotel is not suited for people with mobility issues as to get to the elevator you need to climb up two flights of stairs. The location isn't great as well, as it is about 45min by foot from the main attractions so it would be a waist of time to go on foot, thus you need to take the metro or bus. Only good thing is that house cleaning brings new towels, there is a mini fridge and the metro is close.

        Horrible experience, we booked a room for two nights, after checking in we noticed a bad smell in the room and the staff refused to change the room. And no refund was given because we had already entered the room. The charges for two nights were not refunded, and we were also asked to sign an unequal document (as shown below). We refused to sign and were not even refunded the 12 euro city tax for the second night. Don't book here. It's a horrible nightmare.

        Terrible experience. Disgusting smell in the room, bad smell was from the toilet, but the stuff insisted it was disinfectant . Obviously it was not. After refusing the request of changing the room, they also refused to refund. We booked 2 night online. The stuff even rufused to refund the payment of second night(including the city tax). I am wondering if there is a way to punish them, because they definitely stealed the money. Don't book this disguesting hotel.

        Hotel smells of old smoke. room needs updating but was clean. close to metro. breakfast was lack lustre. AC unit only worked 1 night then stopped. was spewing old dust on my pillow and water/condensation started dripping on mattress. desk person said they fixed but nothing. asked for another fan, said no.
