Starting from the service at the reception office, it was nothing short of the 5 star rating I have given. Sandro was so nice and accommodating, he gave us a map of Milan with information of which trams to take around the area. We arrived here from our 8 hour flight and thankfully they were able to get our room ready early! We understand this is not always possible, but so happy and thankful that it happened :) The room we got was great, more of an antique look, but that is one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Everything was very clean and we had all the toiletries necessary. The bed was very comfortable, firm but not hard. The AC was cold enough and our sleep was never disturbed by outside nice like other reviews said- we were in room 11. All in all, would stay here again!

Old style hotel, with beautiful hallways and decorations. Rooms feel dated, and could do with a refresh. Lots of fragrance is used in the room which was nauseating and potentially being used to hide other odours as it was so overwhelming. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff were eager to please.

Overall, it was a great stay. The reception staff was nice, and our room was great. It was one of the most spacious rooms of our trip, though the shower was a bit small for us. The AC was the BEST of all the hotel rooms we stayed in. Man, we appreciated that cool air! They had a nice breakfast spread and were even so kind to pack us a to-go bag when they learned we had to depart early in the morning before breakfast was officially served our last day. It's a short 7-10 minute walk to the Garibaldi train station and only about 10 minutes from Corso Como and other areas. The only downside was the immediate area/street seemed a little less developed and lively. However, just a very short walk, and you're in all the action.

We have stayed for 2 day trip to Milan here. The hotel has nice location and connected with tram 2 and tram 4 at the exit of the hotel. The hotel is quaint and facade is little old but inside were quite royal. The rooms are clean and very comfortable but WiFi is really slow and pain. Definitely need to improve here. Now the breakfast is wide with variety and a good one. The hosts are also very nice and friendly. If you are coming from central station, take metro and then it’s only few meters of walk. Overall stay was comfortable and definitely recommend it. One tip book directly with hotel site for best price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
