        Stayed here during my visit to Rome and it had all the basics for an affordable stay. All members of the staff were kind and friendly, specially the receptionists, However the room didn’t feel really clean and was a bit outdated and that is the reason I’m giving 4 stars. I would recommend this if you are going on a budget focused trip and want something accessible to public transport and the main attractions of the city.

        The hotel location is very good. Close to Termini Station and you can go by foot to most of the tourist attractions. The hotel is dirty, old and damaged. The window from our room was broken so it was cold inside. The floor was dirty. The hotel staff is friendly. Advice for the hotel management: try to invest in upgrading the hotel. The walls are dirty, the windows are damaged, the elevator is working poorly.

        Well...the air-conditioning works...fridge doesn't. I'm short...can't adjust the shower. Provide shower/hair gel but no conditioner...all the lights don't work in the bathroom. Looks classy from the outside and the foyer... Tried once...never again!

        I do not recommend this hotel. I booked this hotel on Booking and paid for 2 adults for 4 nights (via the Booking app). I received an email confirmation from Booking, which said I had booked 1 room for 2 adults for 4 nights. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist claimed I had only paid for 1 adult and I had to pay for the “extra” adult. I showed them my confirmation (which said 2 adults), but they insisted either I or Booking had made a mistake. I tried to call Booking, but they did not answer. I also left Booking a message, but they did not reply. The receptionist insisted I had to pay for the “extra” adult if we wanted to stay and since it was late and we were tired and hungry (and, did not want to look for another hotel) I paid.

        Everything was good except Wifi.Wifi is provided but its connection is intermittent. they offer water and snack at the reception. I was really worried about the bad comments but i was very satisfied.There are restaurants near the hotel so i didn't feel unsafe at night
