My experience with Hotel San Silvestro was fantastic. I didn't have any plans and was just booking day by day after a walk in, staff were more than accommodating and lovely to interact with. Tried out the single, double & king room across all 3 floors. All rooms were kept to a great standard and facilities were on point. Breakfast option (if you opt for it) was great value with a nice range to serve yourself on the top floor with the option to eat inside or outside on a balcony. Great central location in a nice area. Highly recommend, would absolutely book here again if making another pass through the area.

Perfect! Centrally located, within a reasonable walking distance to most to most points of interest. If you do need a taxi, there is a taxi pick-up point right outside the door. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and tasty gelato shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable although on the small side. The breakfast service has a wide variety of options, always fully stocked and delicious. The staff is the Best! Roberto, Marco and the rest of the staff are so friendly. They always remembered our names, room number and details of our stay. We mentioned we were celebrating a wedding anniversary while making our reservation. When we arrived there was a nice note and a small gift recognizing our anniversary. We would love to come back again!

I had an exceptional experience, thank you so much to all the wonderful reception & breakfast staff. Warm & friendly so helpful. Rooms were stunning, even the single small spaces. On top of this I felt safe as a lone traveller & the location is worth every penny. When I return to Roma this is where I want to be!

traveled in Italy alone and found this beautiful hotel that was near all the major hotspots. The front desk and all the workers were beyond kind and helpful in giving me directions or for any assistance. 100% would stay here again if I go back to Rome

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
