Very well priced hotel, in a fantastic location in Barcelona. The staff were all really friendly when we arrived and got our rooms arranged quickly, even included a surprise free upgrade, which was lovely. The parking for the hotel is TIGHT. if you have a large car it'll be basically impossible to park in the garage, and I'd advise parking elsewhere. Regardless, you will need to speak to the receptionist if you want to park in the garage as they'll reserve you a space on arrival. I have dropped one star, only because there was a large pillar in the room, which restricted access to the wardrobe and safe. Other than that, the room was comfortable and we'll maintaned. Air con was effective and kept the room at a nice temperature.

I stayed with my wife for 3 nights on a city break. I found the location excellent with easy access to public transport plus Sant Pau is a great location in itself. Hotel staff where extremely helpful and polite could do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent top class service. I look forward to returning again.

Hotel Sant Pau is a very convenient, clean, nice, basic hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, it's only a few blocks from the metro, some nice parks and architecture, and a short bus ride from the Gracia. The rooms don't have amenities like a safe or a tea pot, but they do have a desk. You might need to ask the front desk to turn on the air conditioning for your room. But once it's on, it really works (I've stayed at some 4-star hotels in Barcelona where nothing works). I would go back if the price is right!

At breakfast we were yelled at for going for a second cup of coffee: "WHEN YOU'RE FINISHED YOU'RE FINISHED" So I highly recommend this place if you always dreamed of being made to feel like a thief over a second cup of coffee. Water from the machine smelled like chlorine so apparently machine was connected straight to the tap and not even filtered.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
