        We stayed almost a week in this hotel. We found ourselves quite well. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. We didn't have any problems whatsoever. Excellent value for money.

        The worst "hotel" I've stayed in for a long time. Dirty and with a lot of renovation backlog. Just stayed there for one night, because after my arrival it was to late, to find a new one for the night. After confronting the receptionist Jose and the "manager" Mr. Sousa with the grievances of their hotel, they offered me to move out and promised, that I will get my money back. I'm still waiting for the repayment, since months... So my advice: save time and money and find another, a better hotel in Porto! @ Santa Clara Team: Please renovate your hotel, so that it's possible to have vacation in your hotel - the location was actually good!

        Damp rooms, the floor is warped becouse of moisture, old rooms, you cant lock the Windows, and in one of our rooms the lock to the door barely locked, it leaked water from the sealing, and when we told the staff we got no help, we wanted to speak with a manager but could not get one for 4 days

        This 'hotel' is a shambles! Even when pointed out the difference from the picture on the website the staff happily told us the hotel uses photoshop. It's really awful, loud, dirty, bad WiFi, no breakfast even if it was paid for, and overall really run down and unkept!

        Honestly. It’s just OK. I think €55pn for a 2 star hotel is a bit generous, however the staff at greeting are friendly, the hotel says pet friendly however they expect you to leave your pet outside on the balcony. Very basic. WiFi is hit or miss. Bathroom facilities are a bit naff. All in all it’s just OK, nothing special but have no major complaints other than the price for a 2 star but that could be expected considering it’s Porto.
