Fantastic central location with the friendliest staff. The room was perfect & they gave us a free upgrade. There’s a free mini bar which was a nice touch, as well as complementary morning and afternoon pastries and coffees & teas. Would 100 percent stay here again!

Location was perfect and accessible to so much. Staff was kind and attentive. Wine and treats were a nice touch. We didn’t use the restaurant but compared to others in the street it was very polished / classy feeling. Not the crazy / loud rush elsewhere. Kind of an oasis from that scene. They had a fabulous duo in the restaurant Friday night playing music which was great to enjoy. It was worth the little bit extra to have larger beds and rooms for sure.

King size beds!!! Chose this hotel for location and room and bed size compared to others in the area. Our family of four came off a cruise ship with tiny rooms and beds and wanted space for the two days we enjoyed the city. We had a deluxe room with sofa and regular comfort room both with city view. We were on the 4th floor and had a little balcony we could stand on to see the street below. Location was perfect and accessible to so much. Staff was kind and attentive. Wine and treats were a nice touch. We didn’t use the restaurant but compared to others in the street it was very polished / classy feeling. Not the crazy / loud rush elsewhere. Kind of an oasis from that scene. They had a fabulous duo in the restaurant Friday night playing music which was great to enjoy. It was worth the little bit extra to have larger beds and rooms for sure.

We stayed at the Hotel Santa Justa in Aug. 2023. The location was fantastic and the room was incredibly comfortable. But what sets the hotel apart is the staff. Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. We want to particularly thank Nathalie, Nadia, Bruno, Cesar, and Sara.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
