This was once a convent. Rooms pristine, not fancy. A beautiful Madonna and Child over my door. Lots of towels, a hair dryer and open the windows for cool fresh night air. Shower is tiny but good enough for washing. Bidet very convenient. Little shampoos and small soap bars provided. Use staircase or elevator to transport luggage. Bar has great Cappuccino. Location of Hotel Santa Prisca is walking distance to a laundromat, shops, gelaterias, restaurants and local activity. Walk fast because scooters and racing cars will not stop for you. LOTS OF TRAFFIC IN ROME, but visit there anyway. I love Italians. They all smell so good.

Oof. Spent 3 nights at the Santa Prisca. Our room was tiny and smelled had a faint smell of cigarettes. Night reception was rude and unhelpful. Waited 15 minutes for the bartender to attend (eventually went somewhere else for a drink). don't plan on taking a morning shower, pressure gets so low that the water stops. honestly the only thing going for this place is an okay breakfast and being close to the Metro. Will not recommend to friends.

We had an enjoyable stay (if only a few nights) - clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and competent service, nice breakfast buffet. The hotel may be a bit advanced in years, but it has grace and style.

We just organized a Friday afternoon aperitivo at their premises (terrace and courtyard) with 80 adults and 10 kids, [some of which with different dietary restrictions and allergies] and it all turned out very successfully. Food was great, people enjoyed their spritz and prosecco, and the Hotel Director Emanuela was so nice, that she even helped the catering to make sure it would all work amazingly. And it did! Grazie mille!

Clean and tidy rooms, albeit quite small. Decoration was modern. Toilets were clean. Location was very handy, walking distance to many places and plenty of restaurants nearby to eat (that opened late). Staff was polite.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
