About 2 weeks ago, my wife and I arrived late at night hoping to find a hotel room. This was almost the 10th hotel we came to. (Turns out that all hotels in Milan are always full) We couldn't find a place here either :) But we encountered such wonderful hospitality and help that I wanted everyone to see it. As the statement says it’s a 3 star hotel although I have been in 3 star hotels that were much better. The furniture is old, the bed is hard but when you get used to it you can have some sleep, the walls isolation doesn’t exist so you hear everything. The breakfast is totally Italian oriented, a lot of sweets and if you don’t eat sugar like me you only have ham and cheese to choose. The personnel on the other way is very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them!!

This hotel is really a single-occupancy hostel. The rooms are super small. The beds are super small with a cheap mattress. I could never get cold water from the faucet to drink; it always came out unpleasantly lukewarm. It smells vaguely musty. Thin walls so you hear the hallway and rooms near you. And it's in a bit of a weird neighborhood. The plusses? It's clean. It's cheaper than many other options. It's a few blocks from the metro to get to other places and a 15-minute walk to the Navigli neighborhood which is interesting and vibrant. And that's it. It's maybe 2.5 stars, If you don't mind that, want to save a little money, and be kinda close to the center of town, then go for it, I guess.

It is a economical hotel it’s not that comfortable with the mattresses and breakfast is less than normal if you don’t find a place to go you can go there with them but they are many other options better than them I had your comment to you to take your time I’ll find another options before you go with them. By the way the receptionist is very friendly I already put his picture here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
