        Staff at main counter are very inexperienced, they look like they are 18yrs old. The porters knowledge about the hotel and the local area is great. Food was on and off with the freshness. Carpets need to be replaced in Hallways and mould to be removed also. Down stairs dining and pool area is very clean

        Excellent!! Hotel Santika is very clean with spacious rooms. The best think about Hotel Santika is the people. The employees are wonderful and provide excellent service. We have experienced this the past few years with an average stay of 2 weeks per year. We always stay at Santika Tasik Malaya when we visit Indonesia. The restaurant provide great breakfast and excellent menu at a very affordable price. We love it there and plan to go back there every year InchaAllah. We strongly recommend Hotal Santika particularly at Tasik Malaya. When you visit the Hotel Eli will welcome you at her restaurant. She is a special person. ❤️ cheikh and Nine from MD USA

        Staff at main counter are very inexperienced, they look like they are 18yrs old. The porters knowledge about the hotel and the local area is great. Food was on and off with the freshness.         Spacious room, friendly staff, good water pressure, breakfast has Nusantara options and western options. Unfortunately, the rain shower was broken. Handle shower was too low.

        Checking in was awful with hotel front desk not knowing what to do and speaking amongst each other in front of me. They gave me a smoking room when I asked for a non smoking room. Bathroom toilet had hair on it and looked unclean.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
