Good hotel. The waiter messed up our breakfast’s table but manage to solve the issue in no time. Corridors are a bit creepy but the rooms are clean and - rarity after covid - they have a good minibar.

An awesome staff! We came to leave our bags as we arrived ~5 hours before check in and they allowed us to check in since our room was clean and ready to check in 🤯 it’s crazy, I have never experienced such friendly service, I appreciate this 🙏🙏

Nice enough hotel. Staff on front desk nice.Breakfast decent. We didn't leave our room before midday as the weather wasn't good, so we missed out on getting our room serviced and had to get our own clean towels from trolley on the corridor. Second day was similar and we left sign on door to have room serviced but it was only a rough job done. Bed wasn't made too well and empty glasses weren't taken away.Sink in our bathroom seemed to be blocked also.i would recommend it and we did enjoy our stay,but things could be improved in some areas.

Incredible value for such a nice hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The rooms were clean and with generous sized bathrooms. The free amenities included a sewing kit which was such a nice surprise to repair some worn out clothes after nearly 2 months travelling. The breakfast was absolutely incredible with a massive selection of fresh foods and drinks. We loved that it went from 7.30 up until midday on weekends and from 6.30 on Weekdays. It makes for such a flexible morning. The location felt very safe and quite close to the centre (as well as to Koeln HBF train station). There was also lots of nice restaraunts and bars just across the road. The 12pm checkout was also very much appreciated. Highly recommended spot in Cologne

This hotel is a joke. Upon booking you have to pay for the room (which is not a problem at all) and on your leave they will ask you once again to pay whilst still holding your 1st payment! 3 weeks already passed and they still haven't released the payment upon booking! Annoying!! Avoid at all costs, unless you need a headache calling the hotel multiple times and your bank to get it sorted out!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
