Not sure why there are positive reviews. This place is sorely in need of a major renovation. My room had huge spots on the walls with pen marks that need to be painted over (see photos). Outside the bathroom there's a lot of rot in the lower part of the walls. The bathroom window has a crack and looks like its close to breaking. The AC/heater is in the living area so at night it gets pretty cold in the bedroom. There's no elevator and they don't even bother helping carry bags up. Overall the staff didn't appear to care at all. They didn't clean the room at all during my two night stay or provide more water. Only good thing I can say is the room with living room is fairly spacious by KTM standards and the shower hot water actually worked. Everything else though is pathetic about this place. There's are tons of places nearby that are much better in this price range so I would not recommend this hotel at all.

I had a great time in staying at this hotel. The staff was highly courteous and helpful. They advised me best ways to travel in and around the Kathmandu city. Also, they served me delicious breakfast every morning as it was included in my package. I really liked the behavior of staff members, and they were gems to interact and have a conversation with.

Hotel Sapana Garden left me absolutely thrilled with my stay! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The hotel's serene garden setting immediately created a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to cater to my every need. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes, showcasing local flavors and ingredients. The hotel's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices was commendable. With its peaceful ambiance, exceptional service, and beautiful surroundings, Hotel Sapana Garden is truly a hidden paradise. I can't wait to return for another incredible stay!

I stayed here on and off during my trekking excursion to nepal April 1-may 30 2023. The staff were spunky, friendly, and hospitable. The room had the feel of a fine hotel with a trekker friendly price. Fantastic breakfast and wifi. They remembered me between each visit and took good care of my belongings I kept there while away. The hotel is off any of the main streets so I think it's quieter at night, but there is a back way to get to the main drive of thamel. You get a quiet, protected feel with access to main drive attractions on the edge of thamel. Thanks for being so hospitable, guys!

This is a very comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in the Thamel area of Kathmandu. Even though the surrounding area of Thamel is loud and chaotic, it is very quiet here and the hotel has it’s own private courtyard. There are several very good restaurants in the courtyard of the property. Every room has great amenities including air conditioning, hot showers and fast Wi-Fi.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
