Great location to Ginza and JR Tokyo station and close to subway lines. Quieter area but still close to the transit. Rooms somewhat dated but very clean and generous size. Bathroom is small, but to be expected.

Price is really good for location just outside hatchobori station and room size!!! with the hibiya line, the hotel is therefore really near tsukiji and ginza! Although the bathroom looks a little dated, we got a nice canal view. Konbini just right downstairs too! Free drinks refill station at lobby and amenities buffet. Front desk were so helpful helping with reservations and weighing our luggage’s on the final day 🥹

Room is bigger than your standard Tokyo hotel! Room came with fridge and microwave and an additional hanging rack. Walking distance to Tokyo station & a few convenience stores and restaurants nearby which was useful. Would stay here again

Clean, a stone's throw away from the nearest subway Hatchobori. Has all the basic amenities you require to start off in your Tokyo adventures. Has a family mart directly opposite as well for anything you might need! Strongly recommended!

My only complaint was I could hear people walking above and outside of the rooms but overall it was good stay! View was not bad, looking over some buildings and a small stream.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
