Can't control heat so need to open the window. Only opens about an inch and no screen. Can't see through the window either, but that's fine because it's just another building. Bathroom is tight, but I actually can't use the shower or mirror without Ducking about 6 inches, meaning people will have trouble starting at 5 foot 9. Sink and shower are attached to the same intake Frustrating because when you use the sink you need to be careful to turn it off and not a little too far or the shower will run. (it didn't have a strong notch like other similar setups) Although there is still some hallway light the curtains block all light from getting in that way. Definitely some noise from other rooms or the hallway, but not bad. Not sure why but the pillows here kind of feel like they have rice in them. I found the pillows quite uncomfortable, which is a shame because the bed and comforter were nice. Truly, a fantastic location lots of food drinks shops all around and if you want, you can easily hop right on the line. For awareness: The breakfast is a delicious but very small portion sized benefit. The employees there are awesome though! Would’ve been four+ stars, but for the price the problems I listed shouldn’t be an issue.

Convenient location. The hotel is next to Ameyoko (a shopping street) and two 7/24 convenience stores. You can get food whenever you want. Hotel’s service is good too. We were making traditional Japanese wedding photos and need 6 towels. The staff generously gave them to us. The cafe in the hotel makes tasty dessert. The strawberry cake is very tasty.

Our stay was enjoyable overall. The hotel boasts a convenient location with a fantastic window view from our room. The front desk was friendly, and we appreciated the complimentary face cleansing items and hair gel available in the lobby. The room size was standard, allowing for easy access to a full-size luggage. The bathroom was clean, featuring a spacious bathtub—a definite plus! However, the only drawback was the inconsistent internet connection in the room. Despite this, the positive aspects of the stay outweighed the minor inconvenience.

A budget hotel in an area popular with locals and tourists. Located close to several train and metro stations. Various room configurations and sizes, but predominantly very small to small size. Dated but clean rooms. Lots of lively nightlife restaurants close to the hotel. Our room was quite but had the smell of smoke. Breakfast is in a small restaurant/café offering a limited choice of set meals.

This hotel is in a great location for an overnight or two in Tokyo. The service was great and the rooms were nice but incredibly warm. It was so hot it was very hard to sleep at night. We ask to turn the heat down and we were told it is not possible which was disappointing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
