I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sarina Dhaka, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's elegant and modern design. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was also very nice, with high-quality toiletries and plenty of towels. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's rooftop pool. It's the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, with amazing views of the city skyline. I also enjoyed spending time in the hotel's spa, which offers a variety of treatments and massages. The hotel's restaurants are also top-notch. I had the opportunity to try all three of them, and each one was better than the last. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service is also excellent, and the staff is always happy to make recommendations. Overall, I had an amazing stay at Hotel Sarina Dhaka. It's a truly luxurious hotel that offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 5-star experience in Dhaka.

My recent stay at Hotel Sarina left me utterly impressed and enchanted. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to the time I reluctantly checked out, this establishment exceeded every expectation I had for a five-star experience. The hotel's first impression was one of sheer elegance and sophistication. The grand lobby, adorned with tasteful decor and a welcoming ambiance, set the tone for what would be an exceptional stay. I visited this place many times for meeting people, attending meetings and workshops. Like very much the attitude of the staff. Very cordial and very professional. Not sure about the rooms but overall decor 8s excellent. I heard food is also relatively very high quality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
