I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sarowar and overall, it was a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was well-maintained, offering a comfortable and clean environment. The bed was cozy, and amenities were provided to meet all my needs. The attention to detail in room cleanliness was commendable. One of the highlights was the hotel's restaurant. The food was not only delicious but also presented with a touch of finesse. The diverse menu catered to various tastes, and the quality of ingredients was evident. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. The surrounding area felt safe, and the hotel's security measures added an extra layer of comfort. I must applaud the hotel's staff for their exceptional service. They were always ready to assist with a friendly demeanor, making my stay more enjoyable. While every experience may have minor room for improvement, my overall stay at Hotel Sarowar was positive. I would recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and hospitable accommodation option.

5 stars all the way. Great location. Both mountain and lake view. Amenities are great. Honestly, the kids play area made the decision to come here for us. Very close to the main road and good restaurants and coffee. Breakfast was good. Restaurant was good. Rooms were comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The sky lounge area is epic. Heads up though, the pool is NOT heated though it does say that on trip advisor.

Great location good deck view, but rooms are not well sound insulated you can hear next door can be quite disturbing. Great to see solar but,The solar panels are dangerously connected. And the rooms were not cleaned , esp after 8 long hr drive, u simply don't want to wait....

The location of the hotel was ideal. Near the lake center of lake fantastic view from rooftop sky bar lounge. The beds were comfortable, staff friendly and the bathroom clean. The water was hot which was perfect after the days in the mountain. The spa was very good as well. Reception desk staff are friendly and they fulfill all our requirements. Love hotel sarowar team defenitely visit next season

Such a lovely staffs esp. Miss pooja who is a trainee ..very polite and always smiling Mr Bal , great man with positive attitude towards guest. Kudos!! To all the staffs .. Hotel Rooms are very tidy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
