Save yourself stress and find a different hotel in the same area Great area to be in. The hotel is hard to find and it’s dirty and overpriced for how you get treated. The bathroom had mold and mildew all over it due to poor ventilation. Your shower moisture would take hours to go away and it made the hotel room smell. Almost felt unhealthy. Our room had no working air conditioning. When we told them their solution was giving us a fan. Not moving us to a room that had working ac or giving us a break on the bill. And after many many unanswered emails it doesn’t seem like I’m ever going to be getting money back for my bad experience. It was maybe once a beautiful 4 star spot but it’s getting a bit broken in it not being taken care of and I felt like I experienced a dressed up 2 star experience. Over priced when you experience it all. Avoid this place. Please

I can say that Hotel Scenario exceeded my expectations based on stays in various Italian establishments. The location is unique, most of the main sights are within walking distance. I must highlight the willingness and attitude of the receptionists Giacomo and Eduardo, their recommendations were excellent.

The location of the hotel is good, but there is no cars can allow to the gate, so you will take your own luggage through the street to reach the hotel.. you should tell them upon arrival to open the A/C ( not by your own on the room). The room a bit small but modern and we found space for bags. The bath is amazing and the shower is almost have of the room we which we like the most. There is no phone in the room to call for room service ( so we call or via whatsapp) !!

We chose the hotel through family recommendations and i’m sure to say we made the right choice! Scenario Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of rome located 5 -10 min walking distance from all the must see cites in Rome! The service was excellent as well we were so happy from the service of our dear receptionist (i forgot to ask her name) but she was wonderful!! On the day of check out we were also wonderfully helped by Enrique in the reception! We recommend it a lot to everyone !

Location is excellent, very quite place near by the monuments, easy to go by feet and bus. The receptionist Giacomo is very polite, professional and friendly. Rally enjoyed the experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
