The room was super nice and clean. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was a DREAM! It left nothing to be desired! The only very small minus point is that I found the mattress a bit hard. But apart from that, everything was very satisfactory and we will definitely be back!

Always a great experience to stay in your hotel. I have been your guest for the past years and was never disappointed with anything. All the staff are great and helpful in most difficult situations. Rooms are clean, modern and have everything one expects and pays for. The hotel is situated in the best part of Munich so everything is walking distance away. I will never change to another hotel for sure ❤️ my best regards to all the wonderful staff and hope to see you again soon.

Just wonderful. We had a street view room Which was great to have. The room was on the small side but we were there to enjoy the city not worry about the room size. The staff were amazing. Breakfast every morning was fresh and amazing. This hotel was wonderful. Great location. We will surely be back! Thank you for being part of a wonderful Munich experience.

Our room was very comfortable, albeit a bit small. The staff was attentive and helpful with suggestions and directions. The breakfast selections were quite tasty, fresh, and plentiful. The location, right in the middle of Marienplatz, could not be beat!

Perfect for a solo traveller. Great location, lovely room, and amazing breakfast! The staff were all super helpful and friendly. I loved that I could hear the church bells from my room, so atmospheric. It's just a pity I was only here for one night!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
