A 3 nights stay to catch up with an old high school friend on our trip to Europe. Hotel is about 2kms from. Main train station along the Main River. Quite location away from the noise etc of the main central station. Plenty of good food options nearby. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable after walking around all day. Bathroom was the best of the hotels we gave stayed in.. clean and big with a great shower. Staff at reception helpful upon checking in. Room has a safe but no kettle to make a coffee or tea. Overall happy with the hotel and recommend this place to stay

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located, the rooms are at described but can be very warm if you aren't here to keep the AC consistent (card is removed by room service when they attend). Staff are friendly and helpful. A mild irritant is the wifi password received on check in expires and requires physical attendance to reception to obtain a new one rather than over phone from the room, I didn't bother but would be very annoying if I hadn't procured a Sim. Another annoyance is the safe alarm is activated when putting heavy items into the cupboard - there may be an override but I don't know as reception didn't answer either time it occurred and I phoned - it stops after a while. The beds are comfortable and firm but very much separate (when ordering a king, the singles do not stay together)

The hotel is located within walking distance from the old city and Frankfurt’s downtown. The room was a river view room which was a plus but it didn’t smell good and so did the closets. In addition the room doesn’t have a coffee machine for that one morning cup of coffee. It makes a difference. Breakfast at the hotel was too expensive. So we enjoyed a breakfast for two at a cafe close by called MainKai cafe at the price of one.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Zeil walking distance, great river view. Clean public areas. Room was tidy but not newly renovated. Sanida at the front desk was charming. Nice breakfast with a good coffee machine.

Great hotel in nice location. We arrive late at night so we just take uber from FRA which cost us €23. The room was not new but clean, the bathroom was great, modern design, clean and bright. Walking distance to altstadt and haupwache, across the riverbank, safe neighborhood and affordable price.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
