I love this place. All staff members are very friendly and efficient, making one feel at home. The rooms are well equipped, soundproofed and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also well equipped, some rooms with shower other with bathtub. See you soon.

'Reasonably' price for Zurich, can't best the location across from the main train station and all the shop on Bahnhofstraße! Good attentive and expert service, that old school hotel feel, independent, non chain place. Many rooms are now renovated and have all the amenities and tech for business travellers.

I took my 8 year old daughter to Switzerland and Italy for her first time in late July 2023. I had never stayed at this hotel before but I chose it for its reputation and location, it’s right in the city center, convenient to all and across from the train station. Our room was a deluxe double, it was a small suite very comfortable and high end. The space was large enough, the bed and furnishings were excellent, the bathroom modern and all marble. What I liked was the top notch service and especially the breakfast, which was a buffet but they offered everything you could imagine in a very luxurious setting. I especially liked the fresh squeezed orange juice and the superb coffee. I had interacted with the staff by email prior to arrival since this was a special trip for my little girl. The only negative in the room were the lack of bureaus to put socks, underwear etc away. We left them in our luggage, the closets were also too small but it’s a hotel that’s been there for ages. Overall I recommend this hotel, the staff was always accommodating. The location is perfect.

Crawling distance from the station. Most hotels will try hard to hide the electric sockets - these guys have made all kinds of them available to accommodate travelers. Modern, well furnished and well equipped room with generous and hospitable staff. They spoil you with fruits and chocolates and more several times a day! Their “butler service” is such a nice touch! A super friendly guy serves you with goodies in the evening at your door. The cleaning staff is also super nice and do a great job. We have a junior suite and loving it. The staff is kind, gentle and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet may not have a very large variety of items but they’re happy to serve you with an a la cart menu. Food served is top notch and fresh - loved the coffee and fresh juice. Breakfast staff is super friendly. They make you feel at home. Just overall such a lovely experience. If we come again, we would definitely stay here again. We still have several more days of stay here but was compelled to leave a review after just two days of enjoying my stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
