Horrendous check in procedure. I appreciate we don't speak Japanese, but the little old lady behind the counter had no intention of trying to help us. We used Google translate, but that didn't help either as she couldn't read and was also pretty deaf. That aside, the room was okay, but clearly needed a damn good scrub in some places. The area the hotel is in isn't particularly nice. Expect to see pimps and ladies of the night on most corners. All in all it felt very unsafe and we cut our 5 night stay down to just one after being truly traumatised by walking to the hotel at night. If you're a ballsy person, this might be the place for you. If not, don't bother.

I tried it on 2023.03.25. Anyway, the reception was very nice. We chose a deluxe type room. The interior is a little shiny, but it feels clean. You can also watch Netflix and YouTube on the large screen monitor, making it easy to spend time ◎ It's nice to have a water server so you can drink as much water as you want without leaving your room. The bed is spacious and of course clean. The room is a little compact, and if you are using it for a girls' party, the maximum number of people is probably 4 people. The bath is clean and spacious enough for two people. It also had a jacuzzi function, which was nice. The toilet was an old type, but it was well cleaned and clean. 3 stars because it's a bit of a walk (about 5 minutes) from the station. Overall, the usability is very good and I would like to use it again.

I was really angry because the other hotels in Kinshicho in this chain group were so bad, but I decided to reconsider this one because the reception was so nice. Other bad points are that the point card I created a month ago has been changed and I can't use it anymore, that it says I can make reservations for the open-air bath when I can't, that when I inquire, I'm told they don't know if it's possible to make a reservation, and that I can't use the point card anymore. When I asked him what to do with the card, he told me that he couldn't get it unless I told him first.He told me that they didn't have a form to fill out for support, so I had to print it out at the convenience store on the day of the trip. There were many things that would be unthinkable, such as the coffee maker being broken. That doesn't seem to be the case with Otsuka at all.

The room was cute and nice, but the staff was not friendly. Even if a hotel seems nice, the staff's treatment is terrible. Why it's not good ① There is no consideration given to the format, which requires face-to-face contact when receiving rental equipment. Since there is a front door, wouldn't it be okay to ring the chime and then leave the door? ② When I ordered an item called a hand massage on TV, the hand massager arrived and I pointed it out to the front desk, but when they brought me the correct item, they didn't apologize and they kept saying Japanese words that I didn't understand. Anyway, the tongue-in-cheek mouth is also unpleasant. Even foreign workers need to be treated at a minimum level. It was good point ・A wealth of amenities ・The room is cute ・There is a welcome drink Another thing that bothered me a little was that the bath was a little narrow, and although it wasn't extremely narrow, I wish it were a little wider. postscript On my second visit, as no other hotel was vacant, I got the highest-ranked room, and it had a fairly spacious bathroom. The cleaning was terrible last time, but this time it was cleaned properly. The staff were better than last time, but I really don't like the face-to-face system. I'd prefer a system where when you ring the chime, the food or drinks you order are placed at the door so you don't have to meet face-to-face. This is urgent. Also, be careful as the elevator closes very early!

It is located in the hotel area about 10 minutes walk from Kinshicho Station. It looks like a normal love hotel from the outside, but the room we used was so cute and cute that it got me excited! Cute claw-footed furniture, sparkling chandeliers, and a spacious bath. I liked everything about it. The cleaning was also thorough. The number of amenities is less than Varian etc., but I don't think it's an inconvenience. There was also a hairdryer and straightening iron.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
