      I had read reviews on here thinking it couldn’t be that bad it’s a 4* hotel after all. No I was wrong how it’s a 4* I’m not entirely sure we booked a double room months in advance to our trip here our room was two separate beds and a child’s bed in the corner. It’s very reminiscent of a travel lodge except broken. The bed lamps where falling out the wall, the marble slab in the bathroom was cracked, the fridge didn’t work and the panel cover for the light switch was broken too. The service we received at the front desk was brilliant. The breakfast is appalling for the price. As for the location it’s easy to get to the train station with plenty of shops around but after a couple of days we felt we would have rather have had a hotel closer to Barcelona.

      Great hotel, and in a great location, rooms are really nice, with massive windows, air conditioning which is great too.. And the hotel has a lovely little rooftop pool, which was absolutely amazing, water was warm and fairly clean, but it bleached my new grey shorts to a light green/white!!! and turned my silver wedding ring black!!! so just beware of that.... You have supermarkets, restaurants and other shops very close... Train station 3min walk away, and train into the city takes like 15 or 20min, you can buy a family ticket for 10€ which gives you 8 journeys, 2 people can go twice back and forth to the city on the R3 train, for 10€ that is great value..

      Hotel is very far from Barcelona, 41 mins via train. Nothing in the hotel area, it’s basically on a Spanish council estate. Wouldn’t stay here again because for the price I could have booked a week all inclusive somewhere else. Pool, I’ve had bigger baths. Room was huge, very much like a premier inn to be honest. Windows dirty so can’t really see out of them. Hotel is extremely loud with big groups of young people running round drunk. Staff have been lovely and welcoming, bed very comfy! The hotel is nice if it was closer to Barcelona, we book through love holidays and it’s very misleading on there website. €39 for a taxi from the airport which isn’t bad.

      The hotel is very nice. Room was clean and bathroom was very nice and easy to use, all the staff spoke excellent English and the pool although quite busy it was really nice, the reason for 4 stars is the area around the hotel isn’t great. It’s easy enough to get to and from Barcelona via the train-station nearby but without using the train there isn’t much in the area at all

      mails with the same text. Online check-in and airport transfer. We can assume that this is spam. 2. Terrible breakfast. There is no international standard. A small selection of everything and the saddest thing is that if something ends. Nobody delivers. Breakfast worked until 11. We arrived at 10 o'clock and already the dishes with fruits were empty. The egg is over. They took what was and no one else replenished the buffet. Unacceptable to a 4 star hotel. 3. Why was there only 1 bathrobe and 1 slippers in the deluxe room, although there were 2 of us in the room 4. the table lamp in the standard room did not work, the mini bar was empty, the magnifying mirror was broken, the water in the sink did not drain well 5. some constant problems with the card to enter the room. After 2 uses it stopped working. Constantly had to go to the reception so that they would activate it again 6. We lived on the second floor and suddenly the renovation began in the room on our floor, close enough to ours. The result at 8 am you wake up from the perforator. And it was the end of May

        Booking Policy
        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

        Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
        The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
        Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

        Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

        Modification and Reschedule Policy

        After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
