I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was small, outdated, and poorly maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets seemed unwashed, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. The noise from outside made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning in the room was dysfunctional, and despite reporting the issue to the staff, their proposed solution of opening the window did little to alleviate the stifling heat. Even after leaving the window open for an extended period, the room remained uncomfortably warm, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Not only was the room hot, but leaving the window open created a whole new set of problems. Noise from the street made it challenging to relax, and the discomfort of feeling like I was sleeping on the street due to the open window completely detracted from any chance of a restful stay. The lack of a functional air conditioning system significantly impacted the quality of my experience at this hotel. For a comfortable stay, especially during warmer seasons, a properly working cooling system is crucial.

I recently had the opportunity to travel for work and stayed at Sehrs del Port. Overall, the hotel's location was truly fantastic. It was conveniently situated in a great area, close to several amenities and attractions. Additionally, the staff members were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. Their warm and welcoming attitude truly enhanced my experience. I must also commend the hotel on their breakfast offerings. The breakfast was absolutely perfect, with a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary needs. It was a great way to start the day. However, I have to mention that the rooms could benefit from a clearer attention to detail, especially considering the room's price range. While they were comfortable, a bit more care in cleanliness and maintenance would be appreciated. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was largely enjoyable, thanks to its convenient location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. However, some improvements could be made in terms of room cleanliness and attention to detail.

The best part about this hotel is its location since it’s close to La Rambla, Port of Barcelona, Maremagnum mall, to name a few however, bed was uncomfortable & there was no refrigerator in the room. Room is outdated but neat enough to stay. Overpriced as well for a 3-star hotel. Would I stay there again? I doubt it.

I recently stayed at Sehr's Port Hotel during a team event, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the breakfast – it was the best I've had in a long time, with an authentic Spanish touch that made it special. The hotel's perfect location added to the overall positive impression. Highly recommended!

I checked in at 3pm 11/20 ... Everything was OK until I checked out my hotel room 409 at 12pm. Because I was concerned about carrying my documents and allegedly people pocket pick in Spain, i left them safely in the hotel. I left a YELLOW envelope under the bed, so it can be safe because who will go in the room if I don't ask for room service ...right?! right... 11/22 was my check out day ... I was rushing in the morning because I overslept ... and because I was rushing to leave I left them. I did not realize nor did anyone call me from the hotel to give me notice anything was left behind. The fact no one reported this, it is a big red flag. Someone definately has my documents. The envelope carried Three (3) USA social security cards and 3 Birth certificates which is one of my daughters and my two daughters my Social Security card and my 2nd Passport, along with other documents. There is no way the cleaning personnel would of missed it. As per Gennero, who was in the midnight shift to 7am ... stated no one left anything. Another big red flag. He was kind enough to call the room who someone else apparently was already in, which I understand would of caused him trouble with his job. So, It will not go unnoticed. The PROBLEM... when i asked who I can contact regarding these emergencies he said no one .... Generro, ould not provide a contact number or person until I stood my ground and stated, that there was no way there is NO ONE to reach in these cases. Generro, finally gave me the chief OF FRONT desk person Trevor .... no number, no email, no contact information. Now I have to report that someone from the hotel stole my documents and make this a big thing . because it is a crime, it is freud actually. And, if they think they will use my information they are mistaken, Because I am reporting those documents stolen. There is already going be an alert out. THIS HOTEL AND ITS STAFF IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED >>>> there also no surveillance in the floors, so if something happens no one knows anything. extremely unsafe. I will get to the bottom of this. As per Generro, there was an Asian lady cleaning the room. So, there has to be a further investigation. I will be reporting this to la Adjunta de Barcelona & Anywhere else I need to...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
