I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for a workshop. Overall experience was good and satisfying. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot to one of the staff who introduced me to a great "Music Love Travel" playlist 💯🤌 The downside was the toilets in the room as well as in the lobby were quite dirty. The food taste could also be improved. Not to mention, the hotel parking at the basement is very limited and if you park outside the hotel, you need to pay for the parking lot.

Room condition very bad..the toilet omg🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️… paip was leaking..room was very dusty…not suitable for family…need to improve alot.

i didn't stay in the hotel, but i like the restaurant in this place. the atmosphere is very comfortable, the air is very cool, the view is very good. i always order drinks, Tiger coffee there(it tastes really good), but a little advise.. for the serving of food and drinks, please check and display it perfectly. I ordered coffee without stirring, and I ordered spring rolls which still had a lot of oil... maybe if the restaurants are repaired, there will be many visitors. I hope I can come again, with better service food and drink..thank you

Disadvantages:- 1. the room smells of cigarette smoke... 2. cigarette butts littered outside the window of the room on the 1st floor. 3. curtains smell of cigarette smoke. 4. many broken room lights do not light up. 5. the toilet smells bad. 6. no refrigerator. 7. no swimming pool. 8. breakfast is less appetizing. 9. Tap water tastes like iron, not suitable to boil to be used as drinking water. 10. the window does not have a lock, the window lock has disappeared, the window cannot be locked. people can break in through the window, a danger to personal safety and valuables. Advantage: 1. near a convenience store. Can buy daily needs. 2. near the laundromat. 3. At night there is a good restaurant to eat hot food, satay, fried rice, and Thai food, sweet and sour sea bass and white rice. 4. free parking. 5. the bathroom has a hot water tap and a cold water tap, you can take a warm shower. 6. Good and friendly staff. However, it can still be considered as an accommodation option in Genting Highland. The location is easy to find, and not far from the cable car station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
