I stayed here for 6 days. I loved my stay here and was sad to leave. All of the staff were so kind & friendly. The room was very comfortable and the price is good, they have a nice breakfast too. I will definitely come back here if I have the chance to come to Fethiye again.

It is a nice and clean hotel that we are very pleased with. Rooms are cleaned daily upon request. New owner really pays attention to the comfort of guests, he is all smiling and very hospitable. We felt like home staying in Seril 1, moreover it is the best value for money in Fethiya. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic atmosphere created by the hotel owners and his mother. Every time willing to help and answer questions related to Turkey. Very clean and close to the beach - about 80 meters. Breakfast rich and very tasty. Best regards from Poland!

In Fethiya and in the hotel, we planned to stay one night and continue our tour. However, the kindness of the owner and the very good conditions prevailing there encouraged us to stay longer. Very clean rooms. Couldn't be faulted. The breakfast is plentiful and rich in various products. Served as a buffet, not just a few products on the plate. The hotel is close to the beach and the shop. And above all, the staff. Always polite, very kind and helpful. If I have to visit Fethiya again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Warm greetings to the mega nice owner and his lovely mother.

Most importantly, amazing service and very helpful and kind staff. English-speaking staff, too. I think it's a wonderful hotel at a competitive price. Close to the beach... supermarket, bus stop and restaurants right next door. À la carte dinner in the hotel with vegetarian and even vegan options upon request - this was a pleasant suprise in the usually meat-centered Turkish cuisine. Good WiFi (I work online). Extended my stay multiple times and plan to come back. Teşekkür ederim, Volcan and everyone else!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
