Quite a comfortable hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfasts, I especially liked the divine mini croissants, I have never eaten tastier anywhere. The location is not very convenient, it takes about 15 minutes to get to public transport. I had to use a taxi as it was the fastest.

Very nice place to stay for work. It took you only 15 minutes by taxi to drive to Koelnmesse. The room is clean and practice. But be ready that after 9pm the reception is closed and you have to enter through the side door (your key will be in one box). The hotel gives you instructions so it's not a problem. Pick up some water and food with you, because in the hotel and beside there is nothing to eat at night)) Water and some drinks are in one fridge on the ground floor. Don't count on the view from your window :) If you know these small rules your stay will be comfortable and pleasant. Breakfasts are really nice with big choice of local salads. The design of lobby is a mix of both classic and modern style. I liked a lot. Taxi is coming only in 3 minutes, so you can go anywhere but don't count on public transport I didn't see any close to the hotel. Anyway my general impression is positive.

Great staff and good rooms. They were very helpful since the service desk was not occupied after 9, they made sure they arranged me the key to my room as easy as possible and did all paper work the next day in the morning.

Good location, free parking in front of the hotel. It is easy to reach downtown by public transport or if you prefer to have a walk. Room was spacious enough with good bathroom, everything was clean. Desinfection sprays are available in the lobby and breakfast room for extra care of guests. Very good breakfast, plenty of options to choose. Coffee could have been stronger to our taste, but it really didn't spoil anything. The staff is very kind and attentive, we felt very welcome. Great value for the price.

Nice and clean hotel, superb breakfast and very friendly staff, will visit again for sure! parking spaces are a bit sketchy tho, lots of trash and cars without plates. Kohln centre is about 15min drive and phantasialand 30min

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
