Your experience here will depend on your expectations and what you are looking for in a hotel stay. The staff is very friendly and the service is High Class. The breakfast was tasty plentiful and very affordable. The shower was hot and refreshing with extra towels. The beds are decent and we slept pretty well. There was no remote for the Tv but oh well, lol. Perfect location to visit sites in the city. If you are from the USA or Europe and expect perfection you might complain about little things but as an American I found the value extremely high. The experience was great as you can hear the sounds of the city yet enjoy the comforts and security of a modern hotel. I would definitely stay here again as it gave us an oasis amidst the business of the city. The overall experience exceeded my expectations for the price. I’d compare it to a Holiday Inn express in the USA. Thanks to the staff for everything.

The bathroom door lock was broken. One of the lift was not working. The other lift was too old and jerky. Our check in time was 3 PM and our room was not ready even at 6 PM. We were asked to wait. They provide 2 small bottles of water and clean towels and housekeeping daily. Location is good, if you want to just explore the evening for yourself. The main road nearby is a good place to walk and has a mix of high raises, installations and souvenir shops. Lots of places to eat, many super markets around this hotel. Very close to the reforma stop (metro-bus stop. But quite far from metro stations?).

Close to many things (walking to historic Centro) clean, and secure, this hotel is perfect for the traveler that spends all their time exploring, then back for sleep. Across the street is a grocery store, and on the corner, a bakery. Coffee fanatics note: don’t miss Gran Premio coffee shop around the corner.

Never been in such a heinous place. No wifi, absolutely incompetent staff and even dirty. Bloodstains on the towels. Yikes

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
