        It was okay hotel. Doesn't live up to the brand or others that I have stayed at. You can see how dirty the floors are in the 1st pic. Washroom was nice and bed was comfy. Our patio that was closed in due to construction only had one chair for us.Workers kept on trying to stare in like we couldn't see them. Service was really good at check in & out. Fairly close to the airport and felt safe to not worry about parking the car there. We stayed late Aug 2023

        Always a good experience, great Hotel. Nice size rooms , beds are very comfortable. A little walk from train but bus stops right in front . Supermarket close by , as well as Europa 2 Mall . Very nice Mall only 5 minutes away. Rent a scooter and enjoy the beautiful views a long the area.

        The hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the Centre of Rome (Eur). If you want something away from the noise and crowd then is very good. You will however have to rent a car,take the metro( we didn't) or use taxi's all the time( we did). In a day we spent close to 50€ to and from. You either call a taxi with the Freenow App and depending on where the driver is coming from you will be charged plus where you are going. I can tell you that some drivers are thieves and may overprice you,if you are not careful. Always make sure you let them put on the charging reader. Don't forget to let them show you how much they put on the App to charge you. Some won't show you and after, you receive the bill of more than you saw. Be careful. With the hotel I can say the interior design shows luxury,however there's no swimming pool as advertised. We were told that it is under renovation since over 3 years...very disappointing for us ,because we booked that for the pool. How can a 4 star hotel not complete a swimming pool renovation in the course of 3 years. The breakfast buffet was okay. The scrambled eggs awful ...too watery for my likeness. The other pastries was okay. We ate dinner also at times, price of food was the same as dinning outside. I recommend the grilled beef steak. The staff were also serviceable. We didn't like the cleaner that much. We left the don't disturb at the door ,he kept asking when he can come and clean( was polite though). The toilet paper awful. There's a balcony and a mini empty bar fridge. No water or coffee to welcome you. Towels are changed daily and toilet paper awful. Take a lot when cleaning yourself 😁💩

        The service was incredible! Everyone was friendly and helpful but Corrado was the epitome of service with a smile. We first encountered him in the restaurant and then again once we retired to the bar. So fortunate to have met him on Day 1 and looking forward to continued interactions throughout our stay! Though this hotel has nice accommodations, the service and comforting atmosphere is what really sets it apart

        Modern fairly austere hotel, everything white. Reception/lounge echos rather a lot, quite noisey. Absolutely immaculate though, rooms extremely clean and well presented. Saved our bacon when they had rooms for 5 blokes who got totally ripped off by another hotel in Rome that let our rooms out before we arrived at 9pm. A bit far from the main attractions however easy metro trip from Fermi to the Colosseum. Beware of pickpockets.
