Location: 5 stars! In the city center. Rooms: 1 stars. Small small small. No space to open the bags. Their lift brings you only until 2nd floor. Our room was in 3rd floor. If we knew we were never going to book them, my husband has an awful injury in his back and I am pregnant. Reception made us feel awful for asking help. Service:1 star. What reception said: u booked a standard room that’s why is so small and there is no lift. Breakfast : almost nothing to eat. I would not waist my money for this hotel. I will never come back and I will never recommend it.

Stayed at the Sharden NYE and it is a very nice, clean, and pleasant hotel. The staff was friendly, my room was nice (with a balcony), and the breakfast buffet, while not extensive, was enough (yoghurt, bread, jam, eggs, cheese, coffee, juice, etc). The location is great, as it's in the heart of Tbilisi, just about 10 minutes from Freedom Square. The price of the room was very reasonable, 120 GEL (without breakfast). While it is a very nice property, it's not fancy, and I recommend this hotel.

Great location. Really perfectly placed in the old city but near the main attraction in and around the freedom square. Service was really good including some stuff recommendations for restaurants. The rooms are very simple. But clean and well maintained with AC and clean bathrooms and beds. WiFi was free but a bit spotty. Also room has a key not a key card. Pay attention to the amazing views from all directions when leaving your room before exiting the hotel

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
